Tri Plan Managers is here to make your NDIS experience easy with Plan Management. We undertake the day-to-day administration involved with every NDIS Plan – from receiving invoices from providers & ensuring their accuracy, confirming those services were delivered, claiming money from the NDIA, making payments to your providers, and sending you regular updates so that you can see how much you have utilised of your Plan.

We will work with you to determine the best allocation of funds for support and services that will help you achieve your goals.

You need to apply for NDIS funding by filling out the Access Request Form and emailing it to the NDIA. Once your application is received, they will invite you for a planning meeting to discuss the supports that are reasonable and necessary to you and what kind of funding would best suit your needs.

Once your funding has been approved and you have been allocated your budget, you can start creating your plan. During this initial meeting and continuously throughout your plan, you can set or change your goals. Your Plan Manager will help to facilitate these goals by connecting you to the most appropriate providers.
